1987, the ACM JIF was formed as a shared serve amongst seven (7) charter municipalities to provide the short-term benefit of immediate savings combined with the long-term objective of cost stabilization. Today, the ACM JIF is one of the greatest examples of a joint municipal shared service providing savings, dividends, stability, safety awareness and professional insurance services for our 39 participating members.
